"Remodelling of labour time"
Since the global financial and economy crisis arose, the topic “labour time” is of great importance again. The crisis demonstrated in how far flexible labour times are able to contribute to a compensation of the collapse’s outcome. Valuable employees could be retained, dismissals could be avoided.
The present question is the future perspective of labour time organisation in operational practice.
